Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, time has become increasingly valuable to us all. We have reduced station capacity and extended hours to ensure safe practices for our staff and clients. We also noticed a higher number of No Shows for new clients since reopening. As a result, we have put a 48-hour cancellation policy in place. With every No Show, the stylist loses hours of potential income and other clients miss out on appointment opportunities.
So going forwards, we will be requiring a 50% deposit, if you do not show up for your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service cost.
With our 48-hour cancellation policy, you can cancel or reschedule at any point before that time and will receive your deposit back in full.
